DANCE WORKSHOPS FOR WOMEN

This unique event will give you a chance to explore different movement posibilities that can be applied to your social dancing.

If you think that as followers in partner dancing you don’t have a chance to fully express yourself, think again!

We’ve invited the best instructors in their respective dance styles to guide us all to get to know our body, get intimate with our feminine side, and explore what our body can do to express ourselves when we dance. This is our time to shout out that we, WOMEN, are fabulous! 

Our Awesome Lineup

To make the most out of this event, we encourage participants to do all the classes offered, regardless of the dance style you’re comfortable with, as the idea is to push ourselves and stretch our body to find out what it’s capable of doing,  whilst having a lot of fun at the same time! These are not styling classes. It’s much more than that. 

HEELS

with LISI GUTIERREZ

Heels is a bold new direction in dance style that combines energy of hiphop, style of jazz-funk, and glamour of burlesque, all done whilst wearing high heels.

GINGA KIZOMBA

with ANYSABEL 

Ginga is having rhythm in your body, it’s the way you walk, your attitude, creativity, the fire in your steps and hips, with happiness and soul put into every movement you do.

BACHATA SENSUAL

with JESSICA GUASTELLA

Bachata Sensual is a mix between dance and theatre, incorporating mostly circular (sensual) movements and body waves, as well as body isolations and dips.

REGGAETON

with ANA LA CUBANA

Reggaeton is all about attitude and high energy. Influenced a lot by hiphop, the movements are hard and sharp, using plenty of body isolation techniques.

We’ve arranged a special Cuban Styling Class especially for you! With the amazing OSCLE ORDUNEZ.

This alldayer event is also to celebrate the birthday of Cuban Salsa School! The PARTY in the evening will play Timba, Salsa, Bachata, and Kizomba Music with a SURPRISE STUNNING SHOW as a toast to all the amazing ladies in the room!
